Experienced General Practitioner required Fulltime/Part time

BDHC now has an exciting opportunity for a Vocationally Registered GP to join our progressive Medical Centre on a full-time or ongoing casual basis.

The Medical Centre is a team orientated, supportive and inclusive centre allowing for diversity of practice including the opportunity to be part of a medical inpatient, Residential Aged care roster and to be involved with outreach services to clients.

The Medical Centre is staffed with 3 VR GP’s; 2 Registrars; Melbourne University undergraduates (3rd year); 2 full-time experienced nursing staff. There is also a supportive Management and Reception team, as well as an extensive allied Health team.

This opportunity presents the option to choose how you split your time – working across General Practice, RAC, and Urgent care centre and On call requirements.

Please note: To be considered for this position you must be an APHRA registered, VR General Practitioner with full Australian working rights and able to work an on call roster with accommodation supplied for the on call doctor.

Additional benefits include:

  • Per diem rates for UCC Medical Officer work;
  • Expected earnings circa $250,000 p.a. with full-time work;
  • Admitting rights for inpatients;
