Our experience has been that most concerns are best dealt with by parents talking directly with staff who care for their children, or with the Centre Co-ordinator.

Time away from the playroom can be made available to facilitate confidentiality and an undisturbed discussion. However we recognise that it is also important to have clear formal processes in place and to ensure that due processes are followed in the case of serious complaints.

Ballan District Health and Care have clear processes for management of grievances and complaints and “Compliment, Comment and Complaint” forms (CCC forms), are located near the front office, or you can complete an online feedback form via the ‘feedback’ tab which is accessed from the home page of this website.
