Ballan District Health & Care is governed by a Board of Governance, the members of which are volunteers drawn from leadership roles within the corporate and social sectors of the community. Lyn has worked in the health industry for nearly 30 years. Her professional experience began in nursing and evolved into executive management positions across the Asia Pacific Region.
Senior Vice President (1981)
Robert has been on the Board of Governance for 36 years and is a BDHC Life Governor. In his professional life, he is a consultant engineer, town planner and project manager.
Ian has been a BDHC Board of Governance member for 15 years. He is a public accountant operating in the local region.
Caron Whitefield has a background in nursing. She has worked in the Health and Community sector and for many years in Funeral and Bereavement Service.
Paul commenced his career in the army before going into business. He has been in business for 37 years and is the Central Ward Councillor and Mayor of Moorabool Shire.
Rowena has worked in healthcare for over 25 years. She has held a variety of executive positions in both acute and primary care.
Julie has a professional background in private and public veterinary medicine. She has a particular passion for people and leadership and currently runs a leadership consulting business.
